Tainted king's token is a quest item dropped by the Garou King. It is used on Lougrim's Shrine during the Dog Days quest to turn it into the purified king's token. Players can also choose to destroy the tainted token in their quest item inventory.

These tokens are a unique creation, crafted hundreds of years ago by high priests of Lougrim. They are passed down from monarch to monarch, a sign of their overwhelming power and strength. The power of a king has waned over the centuries, no longer sovereigns of nations, but now masters of the clan. Servants of the High Queen, Kuldra, the god-eater. Inside each token rests a single pebble taken from Antumnos, the Garou homeworld.
