Culinary Confidence: Power Level 2 is a skill perk that reduces the chance to Burn power level 2 Cooking ingredients by 50%, unlocked at level 12, and it further reduces the chance by 3.85% per level until 100% at level 27. This also allows you to still cook ingredients of power level 1 at 100% without burning them.
